Click on "Edit Company Info" to add more information about your company. A new screen will open up. Some of the information is pre-filled. Here are some guidelines for entering more information:

• Headline - This is optional; you may enter a phrase or sentence – i.e., your company slogan or tagline.
  *Please note, the headline will not appear until a future version of the app.
• Address, phone, etc. – Use your company headquarters information for this section.
• Company logo - (.jpeg or .png format)
  *recommended size: 265 x 199 px
• Home Screen – This page appears when you open the app – it can be a picture of your product, your
  company, or special message to begin your presentation.
• Horizontal Home Screen – For when the iPad is in landscape mode - (.jpeg or .png)
  *recommended size: 1024 x 768 px with a white bar 45 px at top and 79px at bottom for menu bars
• Vertical Home Screen – For when the iPad is in portrait mode - (.jpeg or .png)
  *recommended size: 768 x 1024 with a white bar 45 px at top and 79px at bottom for menu bars)
• Description – Optional; briefly describe your company, its products and/or services.

Here's a guide to the content you can use in B2B Anywhere. In order to make the process as smooth as possible, make sure you have identified and assembled the content you'll want to use. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready right away – you can always come back and add more content later.

We suggest you put all of the files in a common directory on your Mac or PC. The recommended file formats and sizes work best on the iPad, but you don't have to match them exactly – and again, you can always come back and change things later.

Thumb – short for thumbnail; you'll use these to find specific catalogs or brochures in the app.
(Just use a .jpeg of the first page of each .pdf)

• Catalogs - (.pdf format – a compressed file is best)
• Videos - (.m4v is preferred, but .mp4 is OK too)
• Images - (.jpeg or .png format - recommended size: 1024 x 786 px)

• Expand Catalogs and select the catalog title to add a TOC
• Select "Manage TOC" to the right of the thumbnail -- A pop-up window will appear
• Click the Arrow next to Table of Contents to expand.
• Click the + icon on the top right to add "Link"
• Highlight "New Link" to name a page
• Use the "Tab" button to enter the page number. (Page 1 is the first page or cover of the catalog)
• Use the crossed arrows to reorder the links in ascending order.
• Click Save when you are finished.

Download the application from the link above or from your iPad, search for B2B Anywhere
in the Apple App store.

Launch the application once downloaded. Enter your then username and password you created earlier to retrieve your application contents, catalogs, videos, and custom branding..
